These British-made ships' bells are manufactured in the finest tradition - sand-cast solid brass turned and polished to an immaculate sheen. The specification, materials and design are tightly controlled to meet maritime requirements, the 8" version being individually certificated and DoT approved for vessels of 8-20 metres.

Engraving: we can personalise your ship bell with deep-cut engraving of boat name, home port and year of launch, or commemorative message for a special occasion such as an anniversary or retirement. Please contact us directly with your engraving requirements and we will provide a quotation.

This larger, 12" diameter bell (on the right of the image) is designed for ocean-going commercial ships and is certificated to meet international standards for sound-signalling at sea, in this case between 20 and 100 metres. It is supplied without brackets, because most vessels of this size have alternative arrangements, but there is one available (see item below).

Presentation calls are in a silky-lined gold or silver coloured box with a matching chain. A four page leaflet describes the Call's history and piping instructions.

Available in nickel-plated, brass and copper, gold or silver plated or plain polished brass. Can be engraved.
